you need to go inside vdom or global to access the full CLI if the FGT has vdom enable.

I donot have a FortiWeb, but i assume the CPU spike may cause by the automatic fortiguard update.You can change the update time to off-hour to lower the impact of your traffic.

use edit 0, it will use the next available number for policy.

neither of SFP ports on both FG-300D and FG-500D are accelerated as well. This is wrong, all SFP ports on both 300D and 500D are accelerated by NP6 You can try " d np np6 port-list "
