blank screen on hp620 t3000 2GB RAM Win10 x64

After downloading from the installation page and running FortiClient VPN, I see a blank window.HP 620 computer with T3000 processor, 2GB RAM, 320 GB disk and Windows 10 64 bits. What can i do to this application start working?
