Thanks for the reply and my bad with delay in replying, had some
priority things come up and now back to looking at this issue, totally
deleted everything in relation to the Guest VLAN and re-created it and
still have the problem that the users phone...

set up is in a live environment and the LAN interface has a tonne of
references then deleting them to create a software switch I dont think
would be an option as from what I gather...
