Solution |
Before taking a backup and upgrading to 8.6.5, ensure that the required patches are applied to the FortiWLM and then perform the backup.

Follow below steps to install the patch: Go to Network Manager -> Administration -> WLM Upgrade -> WLM Upgrade and select the patch and then select 'ADD'.
Select 'choose file', select the location where the patch is located (example: downloads), and then, select 'Open'. The file is in the tab, then select 'Upload'.
Once the file is uploaded on FortiWLM, the patch will be found in the list.
Select the patch and select 'Install'.
