Description
This article addresses the use of special characters in the credentials used when forming a cluster in IDM.
Solution
Special characters such as +, # and % should not be used in the credentials when forming the cluster in IDM. The credentials are entered in the 'Shared Secret' field on the Server > Cluster Configuration screen as shown below:
If used, then the data will not be synched between the clusters.
