www.google.com cannot be loaded after configuring first time settings in fortigate 100D

Dear Geeks,

          I would like to ask for help that www.google.com or www.google.com.mm cannot be accessed after configuring first time settings in fortigate 100D new firewall for my work place. I configured my Wan 1 and Wan 2 settings, default routes, Policies and load balance settings. I did nothing about web filter. I can access to every sites except www.google.com or www.google.com.mm! I can still access google.com with other geographical domain such as www.google.com.ph or www.google.com.th! I wondered while I cannot access this two sites only via this firewall without restricting/blocking anything! I can access these sites by directly connecting internet without passing this firewall. Please help me support how I could troubleshoot and which settings I need to check to solve for this problem. Great thanks for your kind support.

             just check if you have activate DNS filtering or just updates all licenses .

Also check which DNS servers your FGT is using. Change to your ISP's recommended servers if the FGT default servers are present.
