Has anyone here ever experienced the same case? and in the event log a log appears like this

You are most probably hitting known issue 691729. The symptoms are matching and the fix is available from 6.2.10.

WWAN interface on FG-40F- 3G4G eventually goes offline until a reboot or configuration change occurs.
