with fortinet activated all computers take time to open pdf files

Since we did the forti ems update, we noticed on many computers in my organization that the loading time of the pdf files is too long. Users are complaining about the time it takes to open files.
Disabling forti ems opens them quickly without problems. Is there any way to set this up?

Instead of disabling EMS, try just to disable its embedded anti-malware.

If you find that the anti-malware is the root cause, you can then try to tune it.
