why does'nt FortiClient work on my home network?

Hi Guys, 

does anybody knows why FortiClient does'nt work on my home network?  it shows always (Permission Denied). On the cooperate network it works flawlessly but i don't need it then on the cooperate network!

and can anybody help where can i type following commands:

diagnose vpn ssl debug-filter src-addr4 X.X.X.X-------> (x.x.x.x is public ip of user)
diagnose debug application sslvpn -1
diagnose debug enable

Hello Ahmed,

You need to open CLI in Fortigate, I have attached the screenshot and run the commands in CLI. Also, I would advise you to open a ticket with us, so our team can look into this.
