Hello,
We have fortigate 300E running v6.4.4, we want to enable vdoms on it, what will happen to the existing configuration.
Thanks
Nothing really but here's the summary;
1: no reboot required
2: you will be forced to logout and back end
3: a global vdom will be created ( global system configuration for the most part goes here )
4: a vdom name root will be primary vdom that can NOT be deleted or renamed
and lastly, you will the ability to add more vdoms transparent or routed as required up to the device limits or licensed limits depending on model-type.
