wan ip not pinging from remotely

Hi we have 2 branches ie. Ho and remote branch. I installed fortinet60 in HO and netgear router in branch. I can able to ping from ho to branch but unable ping from branch to ho. Please help to fix this problem. Thanking you.

Hi, Check whether the ping is enabled on the outside interface and branch office outside ip is allowed in trusted host.

My guess would be that you only created one firewall policy to allow traffic HO=>Branch. Can you check if you have a policy Branch=>HO? Also, don' t hesitate to give us more details, and also to use the " diag sniff packet" troubleshoot cli.

you check if you have a policy Branch=>HO?
Are you trying to do a VPN setup or is this just you trying to ping from location to location over the WAN IP just to make sure they can talk?
