vpn between fortigate and cisco RV220W

Hi I have a problem when mounting the vpn against this cisco firewall. The tunnel rises perfectly, by ping I reach the devices on both sides perfectly. But when accessing a shared folder on a remote computer, or accessing some management software on remote computers, the vpn crashes. The tunnel continues to appear raised but the ping no longer responds and nothing is accessed. To make it work again I have to pull the tunnel down and lift it up again. Thanks.
