very high cpu usage after firmware upgrade to v6.0.3 build0200 (GA)
Hi all,
we have a 500e Fortigate an after the update to firmware v6.0.3 we see very high cpu usage if we click to vpn -> ipsec tunnels. We had round about 900 active vpn tunnels and before v6.0.3 there was no high cpu usage if we click.
On the left side you can see the normal usage and on the right side the usage if we click on vpn -> ipsec tunnels
Is there a solution for that or a BUG?
Thanks

But if you are using vpnssl you should upgrade to 6.0.6 because of major security breach.
Don't forget to read release note and known issues before upgrade

@mgauthier
we have the information from the fortinet support that this is a bug that will be fixed hopefully in 6.0.4.
At the moment fortinet firmware in version 6.0.3 is really buggy and not stable so we can´t recommend this version.
Thanks

I have the same problem on FortiGate 90D but I have only 10 tunnels.
Also, the CPU utilization go up according to link utilization (50 Mbps link).

Are you FortiGate certified or how would we know your credibility?
