update problem

Hi is anyone else having this problem upgrading with Forticlient 4.1.0 to 4.1.2? I get a " Error downloading image" when I try installing and downloading the latest client. All the other Forticlients in the company are having the same problem I was just wondering if this was a known issue.

Yes, same problem! I had to download the image from ftp and manually update.

surely there is some fix for this? I dont want to have to install in manually on every machine...

I have had this problem too on many especially with Windows 7 but not exclusively. On a couple of machines I have tried to uninstall Forticlient and then reinstall and it rolls back and leaves 6 instances of the network connections under Computer Managment. Annoying!
