unable to remove link-monitor in fortigate 201F

Dear All, 

 

           I have created system link-monitor for port5 in fortigate 201F with version 7.4.1, and i would like to remove the link-monitor in port5 and i couldnt remove it, just wonder is below command correct to remove the link-monitor ? and after i ran this commpand i try to add port5 into the hardware switch but its seems that port5 is disappeared in the field, any help would be appreicated 

 


Get in the master unit then :

config sys ha

unset pingserver-monitor-interface

unset monitor

end

The command you entered should be enough, please run "show | grep port5 -f" to check if there is any other related configuration for this port.

Hi @piaakit1210,

 

If you are talking about link-monitor, it should be configured under 'config system link-monitor'. Please check if you have any outputs from 'show system link-monitor'

In addition to check the ref, have you try to remove from GUI?

Hi,

 

You may run these commands to verify if port5 in link monitor config:

 

#config system link-monitor

#sh full | grep port5

 

Alternatively, you may check in GUI (reference for port5 in Interface).
