unable to backup config

Hello,

 

I have an issue with my 900D cluster fgt. I am logged in with a super admin account but I cannot backup the config.

It says "your current settings do not allow this file to be downloaded".

 

Do you have any idea about this issue?

search the content To back up the configuration via the CLI to a TFTP server.
