Create trunk between what to a FortiGate firewall?
Basically you create trunks under Network -> Interface and then choose create interface and choose 802.3ad Aggregate as the Type.

Ah, yes, I was thinking you meant a linkagg when you said trunk. Yes, you can trunk multiple VLANs through a single physical interface by adding VLAN interfaces to the appropriate physical interface. Any untagged traffic on the trunk will hit the physical interface itself.
