Hi, does anyone know how to fix this problem? this is my first time trying to use fortigate, i can't activate my trial license, i don't have any other account. thank you.

This could be issue with your account credentials which you have entered on Fortigate, which may not be your admin account created.
You can contact the CS team with toll free number and they can guide you.
