sslvpn plugin for portable Firefox on usb stick

Hello community, has anybody tried to integrate the fortinet sslvpn-plugin to a portable Firefox on a USB stick. Plugin starts but tunnel stays offline. With sslvpn installed on local pc it works, so i fear, you need a local installation. Anyone with experience in this case? kind regards Mat

I did not try it but i think you realy need a local installation since for VPN a virtual interface must be established and (without checking this) therefore a driver has to be installed.

not portable firefox, but we have a mini - linux usb stick with the SSL-VPN and RDP client for home use
