Javascript is a common pain point. Some of it needs to be re-written to keep things loaded through the VPN portal. It seems like there's no silver bullet, so sometimes some parts of some sites break. My advice would be to reach out to the TAC to get a confirmation if this is the case, and if so, to get a bug report opened for it https://100001.onl/ .
Hi @Harishviji
I guess you are using Web SSL VPN, right.
Try ping from your FG to your back-end server to which you are trying to access.
In case you can't ping it from FG then try fix any routing issue that may have caused this connectivity problem.
Hi @AEK I can able to ping the back-end server..
Hi @Harishviji
Can you confirm if you mean tunnel mode or Web mode.
Also can you try the following?
diag debug flow filter addr <Server-IP>
diag debug flow filter proto 1
diag debug flow show function-name enable
diag debug flow show iprope enable
diag debug flow trace start 50
diag debug enable
Then initiate a ping command from your client to the server.
