setting up a ipsec vpn

Hello:

I was wondering if there where any cookbooks out yet for 5.2.8 as i have come from a old 60c to a new 60d. I tried to setup the vpn's and rules the same way they were on the 60c but those don't work

First, what exactly does not work?

Did you rebuild the VPN from scratch, or did you transfer the config (cut&paste) to the 60D? On v5.2, there is the VPN wizard which covers most of the regular VPN scenarios. Should be straightforward.

https://video.fortinet.com/channel/vpn in general. I recommend reading the recipe after watching the video, information is dense.

Hi Thanks for the links but cant get it to work will keep trying though.  I am building them from Scratch using the "Custom VPN Tunnel (No Template)". the remote sites that i had before were either pfsense boxes or cisco boxes and had no issue at all. This time it doesnt matter wether i use the cisco template, fortigate template I can not get it to work

I have configured IPSec VPN Remote Access, but I do not have Receive on forticlient?

I am using WAN LOAD Balancing!
