running out of URL Filter

I need inputs regarding URL Filter.We know that URL filter has a limitation into 10 profiles. We have lots of user or groups that need be restricted in terms of sites they are browsing.Means certain groups or users able to access only certain websites. So what we do by means web categories we block everything and by means of url filter we create a profile that allows only those site/s. My question is how do we solve this kind of setup since we are running out of url profiles to be assigned for each groups?

We are having the same issue. You should try using local categories. We hope Fortinet extends maximum values related to profiles, url lists and local categories.

Hi Fullmoon, As per my understanding the local urlfilter has very large database in MR3.. For FGT-310B i think its max is 1000 (url filter lists) , per VDOM is 50000 & reex url filter entries per VDOM are about 10000. These number might solve your problems...
