retrieve config timeout from the FMG

Hi,

Anyone had encounter this issue before.

1 FMG manage 2 FGT(HA).

We had upgrade the FMG to 7.2.3 and we had used FMG to push the upgrade for FGT to 7.2.5.

It is upgraded successfully but we encounter this issue on the status, stating "retrieve config timeout".

May I check why it has this issue and any solution to solve it.

Could you please click on "View Progress Report" and let me know what information are you seeing?

I think the default value for retrieve config timeout is 1800 seconds and the upgrade process might have taken more than 1800 seconds. 

Can you do a manual retrieve config?

I understand that you are seeing the above error while upgrading the FGT from FMG.

Could you please confirm if you are also having issue Retrieving the Config or Importing the Config (Policies & Objects)?
