Perhaps the drives need to be formatted from the system interface?

Hello,
i can' t loose any data on the hardrives that are functioning.
In my opinion your datas are already losed, there is only a small chance to reconstruct RAID when 2 disks are faulty (based on the fact that you have 4 disks). It is only possible with RAID10 and the two disks does not have to be in the same " group" . Look at this, you will understand: http://www.securedatarecovery.com/images/raid-10-recovery.jpg I can be wrong but in this case, I don' t think.
anybody have any suggestions ?!?!?!?!
I heard that disks on FAZ has like an index, like if the equipment is aware that disk 1 is the first one, disk 2 the second one etc. The very best way to replace disk is to have another FAZ with the same RAID configured and take the same disk to replace, for example if the second one is faulty, take the second one on the spare box. Also it is important to follow the procedure -> Remove the disk, click on the " trash" icon etc. Sunday.

Could you try to backup your log files from the CLI and format the drives afterwards? You can restore/upload them again as well. " exec backup logs ..."
