remove from blocked lists

how do removed certains URLs from the web filtering blocked categories.

eg. my users visit one website that is certainly not malicious and have request me to allow him to access that site.

the catergories that is blocking the website is Spam URLs.

Hi Kinmun,

I you would like to allow one particular URL which is blocked by a category, then using URL filter you can allow particular url

suppose if you have blocked 'Information Technology' category, and www.fortinet.com you would like to access then on particular webfilter profile add below url filter

^.*fortinet\.com  Type=regex, action=exempt, status=enable

Then try to access www.fortinet.com from internal subnet.
