remote vpn

Hi,

I have the following scenario .

Remote access vpn terminated on  edge firewall , dhcp ip for remote access users are 172.16.16.0/24.

and the remote host (10.0.5.0/24) is behind another firewall . 

To reach the 10.0.5.0/24  from the remote vpn users , what I have to do on both firewall ?
