Welcome to the forums. Sounds DOA to me. Upon power up, the red light normally comes on for a second or two, then other lights kick in. If it stays on, possible DOA. Call your reseller and get an RMA.

This firewall is no more! It has ceased to be! It' s expired and gone to meet ' is maker! It' s a stiff! Bereft of life, it rests in peace! It' s metabolic processes are now ' istory! It' s off the twig! It' s kicked the bucket, It' s shuffled off its mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisible!! THIS IS AN EX-FIREWALL!! Raise your hand if you get the reference :) That is a DOA firewall, blinking red light essentially means the BIOS can' t post. It is seldom that I see one of our boxes go, and I hate to see it happen each time, but that is the situation here. Open an RMA case and they can get you taken care of. Cheers!

On this side of the pond, it' s kicked the bucket, bought the farm, pushing up daisies, took it' s last breath, went t!ts up, died, croaked, took it' s last breath to name a few. Not poetic, but funny as hell. One of my favorites is " Rode hard and put away wet" . Not quite the same meaning, but it' s shot either way.
