reboot prompt is not appearing for FCT when pushing upgrade from EMS

Hi Everyone,

I am running into the issue where reboot prompt is not appearing for FCT when pushing upgrade from EMS. We have "Notify Users and Let Them Decide When to Reboot When Users are Logged In" option enabled. Tried things making the profile and deployment package again still not luck. 
EMS : 6.4.9 

FCT upgrading from 6.4.6 to 6.4.10

Thank You for the reply. It turned out be bug on 6.4.x which got fixed in 7.0.9 FCT .
