" Unclassified" Traffic Direction on Report

Hi, after create a Layout and schedule, it' s generate a Report. The first page is " Web Traffic" . On sub-item called " Traffic Volume by Direction" , the content on " Traffic Direction" columm appear " Unclassified" instead of " incoming" or " outgoing" . My FortiAnalyer is FA-100B and fw 4.0MR2 Thank' s for any help.

Perhaps you have a DMZ port defined? Traffic to that may fit that mold.

No. I just have configure internal (LAN), wan1 (ISP1) and wan2 (ISP2) on Fortigate.

In the FAZ, you identify which ports are LAN, WAN, and DMZ. Check there in the definition area for the FGT.

In the FAZ -> Log & Archive -> Traffic, I select FGT Device, add columm " Source Interface" and " Destination Interface" and I see " internal" , " wan2" and " wan1" .

I user 4.0MR2 fw on he FAZ-100B. This option does not exist. Do you think better I open ticket in the Fortinet support site ? thanks

In the FAZ (v4.0.3), open ' Device > All' , select your FGT device, edit it, and at the bottom, you will see ' FortiGate Interface Specification' . Here you let the FAZ know what the interfaces are used for.

In the FAZ 4.0MR2 does not exist Interface to configure on Device -> All Devices -> Allowed. Mark my FGT -> Edit. The sections are: Device Type, Device Name, Device ID, Disk Allocation, Device Privileges, Description and Mode.
