" Application" in logs?

Simple question, but after several months with this new Fortinet Firewall/IPS system, I' m still trying to get some basic issues solved... I' ve got the " Application" field selected in my log view on both the FortiGate & FortiAnalyzer, but all I get is " N/A" . How do I get the system to show what application is associated with a traffic log entry? rict
