query dns46 in nat66

i found doc nat46 + dns46

if have setup nat66 in fortigate firewall

i like smtp to domain with ipv6 , without nat46
can setup dns46 that send the mail from ipv6 to ipv4 only domain?

any config will need to do, please advice.
