proxyd disabled ssl hardware acceleration mode

hi there. we have 2 fortiweb 1000E with OS 6.2.4 that are in ha (active-passive mode). but sometimes the slave fortiweb restart suddenly. and when I looked in the log found an message "proxyd disabled ssl hardware acceleration mode" and then fortiweb rebooted.

is there anyone who had faced to this kind of problem? I had some search on the internet and didn't find any suitable solution. I think this error and suddenly restarting is about SSL hardware issues and maybe I should disable the hardware ssl processing and use the software mode.

is there any idea?

best regards.

Ideally if the hardware acceleration is creating any issue, it should be on the active node which is handling traffic. In your case the passive node is getting rebooted.

Can you check if there are any disk or PSU related errors/messages?

Also, can you connect to the console on backup and see if there are any logs/alerts?
