problem with out mail an specific domain

hi, i have this problem i configure a policy one from LAN to internet, in my lan I have a Exchange mail server, when i apply utm mail filter in my exchange have this message 451 4.4.0 primary target ip address responded with:" 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to socketError."
