hope you are doing great,
i have FortiGate 60D, just unplugged it from the server room to hardware reset everything,
put on my desk, plugged the power and all i got the power button is contiguously flashing green,
it was working fine.
tried to putty it with no access.
your support much appreciated if anyone faced this before.

Is the 'power' light or the 'status' light that is flashing green? Status light flashing green means that the FortiGate is booting up.
Have you tried to connect the FortiGate to console (see link below) and then reboot it? Do you see any message on the console output after the reboot (or disconnect/reconnect power)?

Hi, it's almost certainly the power supply that's broken. Get a new one, I'm pretty sure it will start again. It happened every now and then with the D series Fortigates.

Only the 3 green small vertical next to Fatigate Logo and the Power Bottons are continuously nonstop flashing
attached the Putty screen shot of what i got.

Thank you for checking it. We should see at least some message appearing on the console, at this point the problem should be the power supply as suggested by FortiMax_it.
