odd routing issue over VPN

so I have a 40C dial up VPN' ing to a 60C the 40c is throwing an ' unknown or bad host' when I tracert it to 10.10.10.10 now I have routes for 192.168.1.0 and 10.0.0.0 to the interface for the VPN(to_main_office) the 192 routes work fine, the 10.' s dont I have routes for the 10.' s on the other side of the VPN and the appropriate security policys(I even opened them up to allow any/any on both ends of the VPN to make sure I wasnt incorrectly blocking traffic) any thoughts on why this wont work? there is a pix further down the line but shouldnt my tracert die there if it is the problem
