not receiving emails from Gmail

Dears, 

I have an FG 200e working in proxy mode because I need WAF everything is going fine except that my local hosted email server is not receiving emails from Gmail as shown below:

Everything seems to be working fine when the firewall was in flow-based inspection  so I need your advice.
