not going correct policy

Hello guys,

I faced below problem, Has anyone solved this?

When the users log in to the computer and the user is not going out the correct fortigate firewall policy when they did not shut down the computer previous day, So they are going base policy/down policy/ of fortigate firewall. That error is resolved when the user restarts the computer or sing out and re sign in to the computer.

If you are using polling mode check this tech tip:

If you are using agent mode, when the issue happens try check if you see the user in the FSSO agent.

We using agent mode, the user is not in the agent when the issue happening.

Sorry sir,
I think this agent was taking user with a few minutes delay. It seems that the agent is collecting users after 25 minutes.
