not connect to anydesk network

Hi.I created web filter and application filter and blocked social media and **bleep**ography catagories.later created the policy and assigned this security fiters to this policy .Problem is that,after assign this security profiles ,i cannot use anydesk app.i d'not any block to remote access catagories.how can i solve this problem? please help me

Kindly check the unrated category is blocked, if so kindly test with configuring to allow in web filter profile.
