no-ip.com dynamic dns

Hi, I' ve a lot of costumers with no fixed ip address. Until now, I' ve created a dyndns account to have access to these fortigate' s. DynDNS was for free for many years but not anymore. I' ve searched a new provider and found out no-ip.com. But Fortinet does not have built in support for no-ip.com. Does anybody habe a solution for this problem? Thanks, Christoph

One thought: DynDNS has been serving the community for years on end with FREE DNS. Would it be asking for too much to just order one account for 30 hosts, for 20 USD per year? If you need this for maintenance access, and you get paid for that, 67 cents per year could as well be covered by your customer. Besides, no-ip.com is not supported as a DynDNS hoster. The " generic DDNS" setting didn' t work with me (on 4.2.11).

Yes i know and 20$ are not to much...my problem is that i don' t like to use the same account for all customers. I need it seperate so i can give these informations to every customer. I will have look around, perhaps fortinet will provide another free working dynamic dns provider in future. But Thanks.

You are allowed 2 free, so if you register under the user' s email info, that may work. You' ll have to manage 20 different accounts though.
