Hi @qwerwerwerqwer ,
There could be multiple reasons for this issue. Here are some specific steps to follow:
1-Check System Requirements: Ensure that your version of FortiClient supports 32-bit Windows. Some newer versions may only support 64-bit systems.
2-Update FortiClient: Ensure you have the latest version of FortiClient installed. Visit the Fortinet website to download the latest compatible version for 32-bit systems.
3-Reinstall FortiClient: Uninstall the current FortiClient application from your system, restart your computer, and then reinstall the latest compatible version.
4-Run as Administrator: Sometimes running the application with administrative privileges can resolve display issues. Right-click the FortiClient icon and select "Run as Administrator."
5-Driver Update: Update your graphics drivers to the latest version. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause display issues in applications.
6-Check for Conflicting Software: Other software, especially security software, can sometimes interfere with FortiClient. Temporarily disable or uninstall other VPN or security software to see if the issue persists.
7-Check Event Logs: Look at the Windows Event Viewer logs for any errors related to FortiClient. These logs might provide more detailed information on what is going wrong.
8-Ensure .NET Framework is Updated: Make sure your .NET Framework is updated to the latest version, as FortiClient relies on it for certain functionalities.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it might be necessary to contact Fortinet support for more in-depth troubleshooting. They can provide specific guidance and solutions based on your system configuration and the exact nature of the issue.
