I need to have a single Windows system running FortiClient with a web filter very tight. I need it to be only able to visit a list of specified URLs and everything else be blocked. I prefer that the FortiClient not be registered to the FortiGate as I don't want other clients to get this web filter setting.
What file gets edited? At the moment I only need this on a Windows client.

Create a list of Allowed web sites using the Web Security Exclusion List, as described in page 73 of the FortiClient Admin Guide. Disable Site Categories as mentioned on the same page, as well as on page 75.
Thanks. Now if I could figure out how to apply different web filter policies to different clients from the FortiGate, that would be awesome.
