Hi, if you mean firmware for FortiVoice 100E/F then it is located in the usual Firmware Downloads section of the support.fortinet.com 

If you mean softphone - software to install on endpoints, it is available on the https://www.fortinet.com/support/product-downloads

I tried to find in that menu but firmware images shows this message " Sorry, you don't have any product covered by a Fortinet support contract."  I tried also to register the devices with serial numbers but it does not find them on system.
