need a IP-Blacklist solution

Hello Fortinet-Support members

One of our customer has a FGT 201-E Cluster enviroment - this customer Needs a IP-Blacklist solution, where they can enter 1000-1500 IP-adresses

We can do that via policy rules  and objects but thats not really productive

Do you know any other possible solution for that device or is there any other device that you can recommend me ?

I think External resource feature will helpful for you.
