Hello,
I'm wondering if there is a OID that I can poll on a Fortigate 600D that will tell me the status of the power supply. The monitoring system is configured to poll the status not to receive traps.
Cheers
Kuno

Thank you Dave for your quick answer.
Unfortunatly i don't see OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.100.1.3 my output ends on 1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.100.1.2
I guess i need to check the MIB.
Thank you
Hi Kuno,
Try these SNMP OIDs:
Sensor Description: 1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.4.3.2.1.2
Sensor Value: 1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.4.3.2.1.3
What you want to do is perform an SNMP Table Walk on 1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.4.3.2.1 and that should show you the Table Index (Column 1), Description (Column2) and Values (column3).
Pick your sensor and monitor it. Also, 600D and higher model like these have advanced PSU units which not only tell you the PSU status but can also tell you things like Status, Temperature, Fan Speeds etc. The Status value on 600E that we have is kind of weird. It shows 0 (FALSE) if there are no errors and shows 1 (TRUE) if there is an error.
Also, you can search Fortigate OIDs on https://mibbrowser.online/mibdb_search.php?mib=FORTINET-FORTIGATE-MIB
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Haroon
