Hello,

I installed forticlient on

MAC OSX Monterey 12.6.1

I installed forticlient : 7.0.7.0245

I allowed access to the full disk for FortiClient.app

I allowed the application in Security et confidentiality -> general

I removed the client and installed it again.

But I keep getting this error : Login error. Internal error. Save auth token failed

Did you also grant access to fctservctl?

https://docs.fortinet.com/document/forticlient/7.0.7/macos-release-notes/223986/special-notices

You should also be able to put the Fortilclient into debug mode and run it again and look at the output.  It may provide some additional clues.

I added fmon2.app which was missing. I already had fctservctl2

I loggin options, log level is grey out on information, cannot change it

Thanks for your help

But I still have the same issue.

distillednetwork

you should be able to change it but need to hit the lock icon, i think in the top right.

Sorry but I don't see the lock

Are you connected to an EMS server?  It might be locked out there then.

SysCo

I don't have more logs. still the same message.

I really don't know what to do.

Thanks for your help

This helped me.  I added all of the services the article mentioned, plus "CredentialStore", restarted the MacBook, and it fixed it.IMG_9047.JPG
