mac OSX forticlient Login error. Internal error. Save auth token failed
Hello,
I installed forticlient on
MAC OSX Monterey 12.6.1
I installed forticlient : 7.0.7.0245
I allowed access to the full disk for FortiClient.app
I allowed the application in Security et confidentiality -> general
I removed the client and installed it again.
But I keep getting this error : Login error. Internal error. Save auth token failed

Did you also grant access to fctservctl?

You should also be able to put the Fortilclient into debug mode and run it again and look at the output. It may provide some additional clues.

I added fmon2.app which was missing. I already had fctservctl2
I loggin options, log level is grey out on information, cannot change it

you should be able to change it but need to hit the lock icon, i think in the top right.

Are you connected to an EMS server? It might be locked out there then.

This helped me. I added all of the services the article mentioned, plus "CredentialStore", restarted the MacBook, and it fixed it.
