looping portal captive beteen fortigate and fortiauth

I'll trying to portal self service in fortiauth.

In fortigate I configure redirect external portal in security mode interface for portal in fortiauth, but after login the user haven't access to internet, just always redirect the same page login in fortiauth.

How about to have a look to a Cookbook for Guest/Self-service portal config guides ?
