VM is not licensed or license is invalid for current VM configuration. Upload a new license or reconfigure the VM.

thanks for your reply, when i did the procedure that sent me I got this error "failed to download vm license"

Hello Daniel,

Kindly make sure the following below:

Deploy the "FortiGate" and not "FortiFirewall" for the VM image.

There are no other existing evaluation image on your FortiCare account as it is only limited to 1 evaluation license per account.
The FortiGate can reach the internet and able to resolve hostnames.
