Dear all,
I´m trying to create an ipv4 policy for mobile devices. I start the new rule, click in source to filter devices and when the rigth bar appears I don´t have the "devices tab" I can only see "address" "user" and "internet service". I´m running a fortigate 100e with Forti OS 6.2 and device detection is enabled on my LAN interface.
Please see the attached image for more info.
I´ll appreciate your help!
regards
Federico

Unfortunately, Device Enforcement has been removed in FortiOS 6.2 and you can no longer use device types in policies. If you upgraded you will find that this will be stripped from your policies.
Fortinet's guidance is to use the new "MAC address range" address types in your policies:
Heads up also that FortiGate Telemetry has been deprecated and the full FortiClient 6.2 now requires EMS. FortiClient VPN remains free but is stripped down to just IPSec/SSL VPN functionality.
