local subnet is 192.168.0.0/24
remote subnet is 192.168.1.0/24
vpn created using wizard , and it created addresses automatically . address local and remote shows 0.0.0.0
Is it normal ?

0.0.0.0 it denotes Any, Global or All. Btw, you can specify specific network under Address section.

Yes that 's normal what's the route table showing? It should show the remote-subnet in the route table
e.g
get ip routing info all
And if this is a route-base vpn a route should exist to the designated network(s).
